Ogilvy wins Responsible Agency of the Year title
The winners of Marketing & Media Weekly's Agency of the Year awards have been announced. The award ceremony took place on Wednesday 12 April in the premises of Václavák 22. The Ogilvy agency, which was shortlisted in four categories, won the title of Responsible Agency of the Year.

Ogilvy has a defined and implemented sustainability and diversity strategy from its parent network WPP. The global strategy is complemented by specific initiatives of individual agencies within the network at the local level. Within the Czech WPP, there are working groups of volunteers from all agencies, including Ogilvy, that focus on sustainability, equal opportunities and support for the LGBTQ+ community. Ogilvy is also one of the first signatories to the Pride Business Forum Memorandum on promoting LGBT+ diversity and inclusion in the workplace and actively embracing equality.
