Dita Stejskalová hands over the leadership of Ogilvy PR to Václav Rambousek
Václav Rambousek, who has been working at Ogilvy as an account director in the PR team focusing on FMCG and retail clients, took over the management of the entire PR department on 1 May. Dita Stejskalová has been promoted to the position of Business Director, where she will be co-responsible for business development across the agency.

Dita Stejskalová, who co-founded Ogilvy Public Relations in the Czech Republic in 1994 and is also a minority shareholder in Ogilvy, will focus in her new role on developing business potential across the agency's expertise and finding new business opportunities in the market. She will continue to work closely with the PR department led by Václav Rambousek, particularly in the area of specialist services such as building the personal brand of senior executives, profiling C-level executives and B2B communications. In addition, she will continue to serve as head of agency communications for Ogilvy and its sister agency VMLY&R.
Václav Rambousek joins as PR & Influence Director after seven years at Ogilvy, where he held the positions of Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. For the last five years, he has been an Account Director, leading a PR team focused on client portfolios in the FMCG, retail and lifestyle sectors. The first task in his new role will be to bring together all the specialisms that the individual client teams now have into one functional and cohesive team structure.
The main aim of this transformation is to facilitate and encourage cross-fertilisation between client teams, sharing experience of different PR strategies and tactics, as well as deep knowledge of specific industries where Ogilvy PR has a long history of expertise. These include FMCG, retail, energy, industrials, technology, logistics, pharmaceuticals and finance.
Part of the vision for developing PR expertise under the Ogilvy banner is to define a business direction and PR service offering that meets clients' current needs while reflecting long-term and emerging trends in the industry.
Another objective will be to profile strong PR expertise across advertising and communications disciplines within WPP to facilitate the search for business opportunities in both directions. Ogilvy is the only agency within the WPP Czech Republic network to offer full PR services.

Dita Stejskalová, která se v roce 1994 podílela na založení Ogilvy Public Relations v České republice a je zároveň minoritní akcionářkou Ogilvy, se v nové roli zaměří na rozvíjení byznysového potenciálu napříč agenturními expertizami a hledání nových obchodních příležitostí na trhu. S PR oddělením pod vedením Václava Rambouska bude i nadále úzce spolupracovat, a to hlavně v oblasti specializovaných služeb jako budování osobního brandu lídrů, profilace C-level manažerů a B2B komunikace. Vedle toho bude nadále působit jako šéfka agenturní komunikace Ogilvy a sesterské agentury VMLY&R.

Václav Rambousek se do role PR & Influence Directora posouvá po sedmi letech v Ogilvy, kde postupně prošel pozicemi Account Manager a Senior Account Manager.
