Creative for T-Mobile is led by Michaela Pechanová, client team is led by Vanda Zdvihal

The Ticino agency team from the WPP Group, which has been working for the T-Mobile client since January, is complete in terms of personnel. Vanda Zdvihal joined as Account Director in February and took over the responsibility for managing the client team. In mid-February, she was joined by Michaela Pechanová in the role of Creative Director, who will work with Tereza Svěráková. Kim Hofman is in charge of strategy under the leadership of Jakub Hodboda.

Vanda Zdvihal manages a 20-strong client team and is primarily responsible for setting up cooperation with the client on a process and personnel level, as well as setting up processes within the team, its management and development. Together with new creative director Michaela Pechanova and planner Kim Hofman, she will be involved in the development of the long-term communication concept for T-Mobile, the implementation of campaigns and specific projects for various segments, from product to CSR. 

Previously, she worked as Marketing Communications Manager for IKEA Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. However, she has spent most of her professional life on the agency side. As Account Director at VMLY&R, she was involved in transforming the agency team towards integrated campaigns and strengthening digital know-how. She worked primarily on Česká spořitelna's campaigns - the award-winning #nechámsi, the Christmas campaign Darujeme české Vánoce and the launch of the #silnější platform. At TRIAD Advertising, she was at the birth of successful projects such as Patron for Gambrinus, which used a fake brewery to expose the prejudices of Czech beer drinkers, Girl in Yellow as an unconventional product placement in popular TV series for Jihlavanka, or Karel the robot for Kofola, teaching people to love.

Michaela Pechanová has joined Ticino1 as Creative Director, where she is primarily responsible for creative management, idea creation and leading the creative team. She has worked in agencies for the last ten years - she joins the WPP magento team from Symbio, where she was Creative Director for the last few years. Prior to that she worked as a copywriter and idea maker at agencies such as Follow Bubble and Zaraguza.

Michaela is associated with several bold and experimental projects. For example, her creative signature is the Speech That Never Happened campaign for HBO TV, which was one of the first ever to use deep fake technology in advertising and won the Grand Prix at the ADC Czech Awards. She is also behind several Ria brand campaigns that bust myths about menstruation and women's health, or Nas*r All for the ADC Czech Creative Awards. He has won dozens of domestic and European creative awards.

[1] The name refers to the historic battle of Magenta in northern Italy, where one of the victorious campaigns of the French Emperor Napoleon III took place in 1859. In the morning hours, the French under his command crossed the Ticino River and attacked the Austrian troops. The colour magenta (fuchsia) was first named after the bloodshed that coloured the Ticino River.
